This Privacy Notice explains how Acre Forms LLC ("we", "us", "our"), trading as Acre Forms, collects, uses, and shares personal data when you use our website and services (the "Service"). Acre Forms LLC is the data controller for the personal data described here.

• Account data: name, email address, login credentials, role (broker, agent, receptionist), brokerage affiliation.
• Customer content: client and property records, PDF forms, signatures, and other content you upload or generate through the Service.
• Support data: messages, attachments, and metadata from your communications with us.
• Usage and device data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps, and telemetry from the app.
• Security data: authentication events, multi-factor authentication metadata, audit-log entries.

2. Purposes and legal bases

• Provide the Service (contract performance): create your account, host your data, deliver forms, generate signed PDFs.
• Security and fraud prevention (legitimate interests / legal obligation): authenticate users, detect abuse, keep audit trails.
• Support (contract performance / legitimate interests): respond to inquiries and troubleshoot.
• Product improvement (legitimate interests): understand usage and improve features.
• Legal compliance (legal obligation): meet tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements.

3. How we share personal data

• Service providers / subprocessors: cloud hosting, database, email delivery, analytics, and support tooling that process data on our behalf.
• Merchant of Record: Paddle.com Market Limited processes payments, subscription management, tax compliance, and invoicing. See Paddle's Privacy Notice.
• Professional advisers: legal, accounting, and insurance advisers where necessary.
• Authorities: where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

We do not sell your personal data.

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymized, except where retention is required by law (e.g. tax and financial records) or to resolve disputes and enforce agreements.
