Acre Forms LLC, trading as Acre Forms, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.

How to request a refund

Payments for Acre Forms are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
2. Email us at support@acreforms.com and we will help coordinate the refund with Paddle.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and are typically completed within 5–10 business days.

Free trial

Acre Forms includes a 7-day free trial. Your payment method is not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charge is made and no refund is required.

Subscription renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. If a renewal charge occurs and you no longer wish to use the Service, contact us within the 30-day window described above and we will process a refund in accordance with this policy and Paddle's Refund Policy.
